Returns

Items must be unused in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for any additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for warranty replacements. The customer is also responsible for any duty, tax or brokerage fees and insurance for replacements. Closeouts, custom, orders or demo items are not returnable either domestically or internationally.

Return Authorization Policy

Return authorization is required from AllHolyLand.com for any returned merchandise. In case you want to return an item, you have to inform AllHolyLand.com within 5 business days after receipt of the item.
Manufacturers warranties do apply to defective merchandise, however, we cannot accept returns on used goods, opened cassette tapes, compact discs, videos, any special order merchandise, or discounted items. Items must be unused and in original packaging for refund. There will be a full refund with no deductions if the error is ours.

All items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the item. Return freight is the customer"s responsibility. Items returned past the 30 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If you are wishing to return an item that you bought during a free shipping special, the normal shipping charge will be deducted from your refund for that item.

Non-Authorized Returns

Items that are shipped back to us without following the above policy are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and shipping charges. All items must be returned within 30 days of receiving item. Return freight is the customer"s responsibility. Items returned past the 30 Days are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

If you wishing to return an item that you bought during a free shipping special, or if you just want to return a good for any other reason, the normal shipping charge will be deducted from your refund for that item.

Duties

International customers will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time an order arrives at its destination. You must contact your local Department of Commerce for any duty and taxes that may be added. AllHolyLand.com orders only include the cost of the item(s) and the shipping. Any duty or taxes may be added at the time of delivery.
